was a San Francisco peddler with a horsedrawn wagon. He was
hit by a runaway cable car and sustained a head injury that
put him into a lengthy coma and ultimately caused his death
(age abt 66).

He was shot and killed by his brother Pete in Orland, Glenn
Co, CA, abt 1927.
Pete Piazza died in an explosion accident shortly after being
incarcerated. In the 1930 census, his wife Rose is listed
as a widow with their sons Joseph 6, and Marco 3-8/12.
After Josephine
died, her 8-yr old son Chuck lived with Ed & Marianne Turturici
(in San Carlos) until he left to serve in WWII.
